Confirmation 2025

Planning for students in grades 8-12 within the Catholic Community of Flint who will be participating in the Sacrament of Confirmation has begun. The Sacrament of Confirmation will take place on Wednesday, May 28, 2025 with Bishop Earl Boyea at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church.

Confirmation PREP class meetings will take place each Sunday beginning January 5, 2025 with a parent and student meeting at 10:00 am, prior to 11:00 Mass at St. John Vianney. Regular class meetings will begin on Sunday, January 12, 2025 at St. John Vianney from 9:00am - 10:30 am. Two mini Confirmation Retreats will take place in April on two different Saturday mornings with dates and times to be shared later. Confirmation Prep Classes will be led by Fr. Matthew Bonk and Mr. Martin Jennings.
