Fr. Tom Update 2

Update regarding Fr Tom Firestone: As many of you know already, Fr. Tom did have a stroke during Holy Week. As is natural with this type of illness, he is weak and tired. He has been moved to a rehab unit, but we do not know yet when he will be well enough to return. He needs plenty of rest, quiet and your prayers. If you want to send a card, please send it to the parish office and we will make sure that he gets it. However, he has also asked that you spread the love outward. What does he mean by that? Any flowers, visits, gifts, etc. that you would feel the desire to send to him, please offer it instead to a relative, neighbor, friend, or fellow parishioner. There are plenty of people out there that need to know someone cares! Mary, Mother of Flint pray for him!
